Problem uploading the solution file

Hoping you can help? Keep getting the following error when trying to install;

I think maybe a deploy that was only partially successful potentially broke the script. I would open Central Admin -> System Settings -> Farm solutions and see if the FBA Pack is listed there. If it is I would retract the solution from all and then remove the solution. Then try the script again to see if it works. Also, before running the script, make sure the SharePoint Admin Service and SharePoint Timer Service are running on all SharePoint servers.
